These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website solucioneshorizonco.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), operated by Solucioneshorizonco S.A.S. By using the Site, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.
1. Purpose
The Site is intended to disclose information about real estate crowdfunding projects in Colombia, attract subscribers interested in such opportunities and communicate investment offerings.
2. Not financial advice
Information published on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations or a public securities offering. Each user must independently assess the suitability of investing in any project.
3. Risks
Investments in real estate projects are subject to market risks, construction risks, regulatory risks and liquidity risks. The user acknowledges that they may partially or totally lose the invested capital.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, designs) is the property of Solucioneshorizonco S.A.S. or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, good practices and public order. Impersonating identities, entering false data or attempting to compromise the security of the Site is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Solucioneshorizonco S.A.S. shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, technical interruptions, information errors or investment decisions made based on the content published.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved by the civil courts of Bogotá D.C., with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
